A: Airbox (Not A/B) or EASi Airbox (A/B)
B: Type of Airbox, 1 = Basic Airbox 21/2 x 3/2 pneumatic output, 32 = Basic Airbox 41/2 x 3/2 pneumatic output, K = Airbox K 41/2 x 4/2 pneumatic output.
C: Exhaust, F = sintered exhaust filter(s) in body, S = push in connector for 8mm exhaust tubing (2 on airbox K).
D: ASi Connection, GE = yellow flat profile only (power and signal), SW = black flat profile for auxiliary power, yellow for signal.
E: Pneumatic function, BI = bistable, MO = monostable.
F: Special, no code letter = standard, GH = without manual override stems on Airbox 1, VA = with stainless steel end caps and screws for caustic wash down. EX = ATEX Zone 22

 

Additional:
Not every option is available from stock or on short delivery. But all Airboxes of the same type are in some way interchangeable. If the option you need is not immediately available consider whether an alternative exhaust version may be acceptable. Monostable functions can be achieved by blocking one of the ports on a bistable version, and so on. Black cable versions are normally used to enable auxiliary power shutdown for process purposes (while keeping yellow cable power on for signal). The power of the black cable is not essential for the operation of Airboxes. Some times a yellow cable version may be applicable. In any application involving emergency stop we recommend extreme caution if changing specification.

"Airbox" part numbers are not A/B addressable and occupy address codes 01-31 on ASi V2.0, or address codes 01A+B to 31A+B on ASi v2.1 and 3.0. EASi Airbox part numbers ARE A/B addressable and suitable for use on ASi v2.1 and 3.0. The configuration codes are different so EAsi Airbox and Airbox are not directly interchangeable.
